The pumpkin seed production

The seeds are sown in rows at the end of April/early May to allow for multiple mechanical weedings between the rows. Harvesting takes place, depending on the weather, from mid-September to mid-October. Immediately after harvesting, the pumpkin seeds undergo a thorough cleaning and drying process. Following this process, the seeds are ready for packaging and storage.
