The Styrian pumpkin seed oil g.g.A. has with 80% one of the highest amounts of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids of all oils at all.
A high content of vitamin E (average 29 mg / 100 g) - When consuming one portion (10 ml) of Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI can cover about 20% of the daily vitamin E requirement (the average vitamin E requirement of an adult is, according to current reference quantities in Annex XIII of EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, 12 mg per day).
